How many people fit in Die Kabine?

Between 8 and 20 people depending on layout. Workshop seating up to 20, classic meeting up to 12, lounge setup up to 8.

What does it cost to rent the conference room?

Half day (up to 4 hours) from €299 net, full day (5–10 hours) from €499 net — including all technology, Wi-Fi and flexible furniture setup.

What technology is included?

4K projector with daylight-absorbing screen, Clickshare CX-50 for wireless presenting, webcam and speakerphones for hybrid meetings, high-speed Wi-Fi, flipcharts and whiteboard.

Where is Die Kabine located in Hannover?

Königsworther Straße 37, 30167 Hannover — just minutes from the main train station, right at the Glocksee tram stop.

How can I pay? Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. You can pay online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA direct debit — securely processed via Stripe. Business customers can also pay by invoice; we issue a proper invoice with VAT.

Can I add catering or snacks?

Yes — beverage flat rate (coffee, tea, water, soft drinks) and snacks per person can be added during booking. For lunch, the Café Safran right next door is a great option you organise yourselves.

Are bookings on weekends possible?

Standard hours are Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Evening and weekend slots are available on request — just drop us a line at wir@die-kabine.de.
